Teppanyaki Equipment | Teppanyaki Chocolate Fondue

The simple pleasures of life are often the best. Chocolate is definitely one of those simple pleasures that we decided to try on the Cookeryaki teppanyaki equipment. Because of the shallow dipping technique, some of our friends prepared chocolate fondue directly on the stove, but we wanted to find a way to minimize clutter and cleanup. So why not use chocolate and japanese electric hibachi grill in a stainless steel bowl as a direct contact heat source? Look! Delicious chocolate fondue, no mess!

We start by preparing beidou. To that end, we chose strawberries, pineapples, bananas, marshmallows, graham crackers and pound cake. Then we put the thick whipped cream into a small stainless steel bowl. Make sure to use a small bowl with a flat bottom to contact electric teppanyaki grill plate for direct heat.

After preheating the Cookeryaki teppanyaki grill (stage 5), we raise the temperature to 6 to heat the cream. * tip: you can speed up the process by heating the cream before putting it into teppanyaki table. While we whip the cream intermittently during the heating process, we continue to break the chocolate pieces into small cubes so that they melt easily.

As soon as the cream gets hot, we start adding chocolate bars, stirring to make them melt and blend well. We also added some good rum to add a little bit of appeal. Feel free to ignore it or choose another wine.

When the chocolate starts to melt, we reduce the heat to 3. It's thick enough to stick to our beidou, but not too heavy on the weavlate. Lower temperatures allow us to maintain this consistency at mealtimes, even making more desserts with marshmallows and graham crackers. * tip: if you think of a cake as a "big dipper," it's best not to sprinkle chocolate on it, but to string it.

There you have it! A fun, delicious and simple dessert for fun with family and friends.
